Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting efforts, from job postings to interview scheduling
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files
- Help administer employee benefits and respond to related questions
- Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and policy changes
- Assist with attendance tracking, PTO requests, and HRIS data entry
- Support employee engagement and training efforts
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (automotive industry a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or business preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
