Lead a Child Care Program Where Your Leadership Matters

The Child Development Center at Timberlake is seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Child Care Center Director / Early Childhood Education Director to lead our program, staff, children, and families. This is an opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader who loves developing teachers, building strong relationships with families, maintaining a high-quality program, and creating an environment where children and staff can thrive.

As Program Director, you will provide leadership for the daily operations of the Child Development Center while working closely with Timberlake's Executive Director and leadership team. You will oversee staff, curriculum, licensing and compliance, event, aid enrollment, family relationships, scheduling, training, and the overall quality of the program.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply manage a child care center, you lead people, build culture, solve problems, and take ownership of the program’s success… all while knowing that in child care, the plan can change before your coffee gets cold.
