What You'll Do:
Proactively respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries to set appointments for vehicle purchases.
Respond to prospective customers professionally via email, text, or phone.
Adhere to a prescribed follow-up schedule to generate appointments from aging leads.
Track lead counts, appointments, and purchases to evaluate your performance and meet goals.
Be detail-oriented when entering notes into our CRM program.
Manage all scheduled appointments, including those shown and missed.
Work weekends and all major holiday weekends.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of solid customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to hit quotas and closing percentages.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
Must have a valid CA sales license.
