- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls efficiently and courteously;
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with accuracy and timeliness;
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents;
- Support calendar management by scheduling appointments effectively;
- Perform data entry tasks using computer skills to update records;
- Assist with clerical duties including managing office supplies;
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with phone etiquette and professionalism;
- Support bookkeeping activities using software for basic financial recordkeeping;
- Manage office tasks such as organizing files, maintaining supplies, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in front desk operations and office administration with organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and online computer applications;
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; capable of quick data entry and proofreading documents effectively;
- Knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, data entry, and document management;
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette;
- Experience in office management tasks such as calendar management and general administrative support;
