What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Residential Services position at TILL, Inc?
TILL’s Residential Team is hiring several Assistant Directors. As an AD, you’ll be part of an experienced team operating TILL’s residential group homes, supporting people with specialized needs, developmental disabilities and autism. You will ensure quality residential services in keeping with TILL's philosophy of personal growth and community membership. As an AD, you will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Managers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience working in a residential setting, with strong supervision and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- A BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of working in a residential setting with similar population. Progressive responsibilities in administration, hiring and supervising staff, direct care, and working with state agencies.
- Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate individual needs and objectives, as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
- Medication Certification, CPR and First Aid training are a condition of employment
- Valid driver's license and vehicle is required.
Starting Pay:
$65,000 per year
