Job Overview
Tilikum Insurance is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our in-office insurance agency team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and learning a professional skill in a stable career field.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide full training and pay for your licensing.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Assist with policy quoting, billing, claims, and general service requests
- Build strong client relationships and support retention
- Support agency growth through high-quality service and communication
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is desirable but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License within 90 days
Licensing Details:
- Approximately 40 hours of training state exam
- We provide training, cover all licensing costs, and pay for all on-site training time
