Great opportunity to work with a great company! We area small, family-owned insurance brokerage located in the heart of Newberg in the people business first, the insurance business second. Our mission is to serve every client with care, integrity, and excellence while educating them to make confident, informed. Our office is quickly growing, and we need someone who wants to grow with us! This is a full time in-office role. We require an individual that knows how to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Property & Casualty licensed preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
