Team Overview
TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics' mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and promote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all distribution center phases (Inbound, Sorting, Outbound) to ensure consistent execution across all Service Centers (SCs) nationwide.
- Conduct real-time monitoring of core KPIs—including sorting accuracy, lead-time fulfillment, and parcel damage rates—to identify anomalies and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform regular on-site quality audits; generate improvement reports addressing non-compliant operations and track the implementation of corrective actions to ensure a closed-loop process.
- Utilize data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and develop actionable solutions for quality enhancement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in quality management within the logistics or warehousing industry.
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Six Sigma) with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong cross-departmental communication skills with the ability to effectively influence operations teams to implement rectifications.
