You’ll move between machines, stage and secure molds, verify specs from prints, and solve mechanical issues before they interrupt production. What your day looks like

• Configure and stage molds for injection molding machines, confirming all specifications prior to release.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues affecting molds or presses to minimize downtime.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to verify correct tooling, orientation, and setup parameters.
• Partner with teammates to refine setup workflows and improve overall efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on molds and molding equipment to keep everything running reliably.
• Uphold safety standards and procedures throughout every setup and changeover.
• Document setups and maintenance activities for quality assurance and traceability.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with injection molding and mold setup.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Background in tool, die, and mold setup.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of injection molding machines and their operation.
