In Janesville, WI, you’ll be the go-to expert who turns production plans into precisely configured machines. From first power-on to final verification, you’ll ready our equipment to hit quality targets, keep lines running smoothly, and help teammates learn the ropes.

You arrive to a fresh work order, review specifications, and dial in each setting. You run test cycles, fine-tune parameters, and log the configuration so the next run is repeatable. If a hiccup appears, you troubleshoot quickly—mechanical, electrical, or process-related—so uptime stays high. Along the way, you partner with production to confirm timelines, coach new team members on safe setup steps, and spot opportunities to save minutes and reduce scrap. Before you wrap, you tidy, inspect, and document, leaving the workspace organized and ready.

• Configure, calibrate, and validate machinery to match production specs and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and tackle troubleshooting to sustain optimal performance.
• Coordinate with production teams to clarify setup needs and meet schedule commitments.
• Create and maintain clear setup documentation and equipment configuration records.
• Assist with training peers on setup methods and safety procedures.
• Recommend process improvements that boost efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical credentials a plus.
• Background in manufacturing or technical equipment setup preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable working independently.
• Basic computer proficiency for documenting work and reporting.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
