What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Partnerships, BD position at Tiger Tracks?
Tiger Tracks is one of the fastest-growing performance marketing agencies in the country, ranked #123 on the 2025 Inc. 5000. Founded by former Google leaders, we're trusted by PE-backed brands and enterprise companies who demand measurable results. We're expanding our sales team and looking for someone ready to own a revenue function, not just fill a role.
This is a rare seat at a small, elite firm where your impact is visible from day one, your compensation directly reflects your results, and you're working alongside people who've operated at the highest levels of digital marketing.
What You'll Own
You'll run the full revenue cycle, from first conversation to signed contract. Your primary focus will be converting qualified inbound leads into clients: staying on top of every opportunity, presenting with conviction, and following through until the deal is done.
You'll be backed by a sophisticated lead-generation engine, so your job is to close, not to cold-call. That said, the best people in this role also bring their own momentum: building referral relationships, showing up at industry events, and never letting an opportunity go stale.
What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Converting warm inbound leads into meetings and presentations through fast, organized, high-quality follow-up
- Delivering compelling presentations to C-suite and growth leaders at scaling brands, earning trust and winning business
- Managing your pipeline with discipline: HubSpot boards, lead tracking, and follow-up cadences that don't slip
- Writing sharp, well-structured emails quickly, to prospects, to clients mid-cycle, and to close
- Building and maintaining referral partnerships with agencies, consultants, and B2B companies who send us business in exchange for a revenue share
- Attending industry conferences, dinners, and events to build relationships and stay visible
Who Thrives Here
You've spent real time selling Google Ads and Meta Ads at an agency, and you're genuinely great at it. You know the products inside and out, not just the pitch deck. You've consistently hit or exceeded quota, and you were probably the person your last team benchmarked against.
You're the kind of person clients trust immediately. You're sharp, warm, and credible on calls. You make people feel like they're in good hands. But you're not just a great talker. You're also disciplined behind the scenes: your inbox is organized, your follow-ups land on time, and you can write a polished multi-paragraph email without breaking a sweat.

Nice to Have:
- Experience selling creative services, website services, or CRO
