Job Description
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the litigation practice areas.
- Collaborate with attorneys to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of pitches, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing & agency team to align business development strategies with overall firm goals.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in marketing and business development activities.
- Manage direct reports within business development team.
