Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing executive search and consulting firm seeking a Senior Consultant to join their expanding NYC office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, high-performing executive search or recruitment consultant with deep market expertise, ideally across Private Equity, Finance, or Tech, although strong experience in other industries is also welcome.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end executive search delivery with high ownership within your core areas of expertise. The role is sector-flexible – though Finance, Private Equity, and Tech are of particular interest.
- Lead business development initiatives in partnership with senior consultants.
- Lead research, market mapping, and candidate identification for senior-level mandates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and passive candidates.
- Track market intelligence, including leadership moves, hiring trends, and competitor activity.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced senior recruiter or executive search consultant in a high-performance, commercial environment.
- Ideally exposure to Finance, Private Equity, or Tech sectors (broader experience also welcome).
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Commercially driven, with a strong track record of performance or billings.
- Curious, proactive, and highly self-motivated.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
