We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Consultant with strong expertise in technical requirement gathering, program management, and a solid understanding of the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand data flows, system integrations, and process dependencies
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and program management teams to drive delivery
- Support program and project management activities including planning, tracking, and risk management
- Create and maintain process flows, system diagrams, and architecture visuals using Microsoft Visio
- Provide insights and recommendations aligned with AWS-based solutions and cloud best practices
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- 5-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
- Proven expertise in technical requirement gathering and documentation
- Strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem (services, data flows, and cloud concepts)
- Experience supporting or driving program management initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
