Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to manage, extract, and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Tableau solutions.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple reporting sources.
- Stay updated on Tableau features and best practices to implement innovative solutions and communication skills.
- Support ongoing improvements to BI tools, processes, and reporting standards
- 4-7 years of proven, hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Consulting
- Strong expertise in SQL and Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and performance optimization
- Experience in Retail domain analytics or related industry data projects
- Deep understanding of Tableau Server configuration, access management, and performance tuning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.
