What You'll Do
- Design and develop electrical systems for RV floorplans from concept through production
- Ensure compliance with RVIA, NEC, ANSI, NFPA, and other applicable standards
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, service, and vendors
- Participate in 3D model reviews to ensure designs are production-ready
- Create and manage BOMs and support engineering change processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during pilot builds and production
- Drive continuous improvement and product innovation
- Support quality, safety, and accuracy across engineering and manufacturing
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (SAP is a plus)
- 1 year of electrical design experience (RV or related industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, routing, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
