Title: Parts – Warehouse - Shipping
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Purpose:
Warehouse employees are responsible for receiving, unpacking, arranging, and storing goods. All received goods should be checked for damage, report faults and discrepancies, mark and label all parts and lastly store parts in the correct locations.
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Ensuring that all goods are in good working condition when received
- Verify quantities and accuracy of all orders
- Label all parts accurately and accordingly
- Properly store parts in the correct locations in the warehouse
- Help maintain cleanliness of the warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work individually and on teams
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Lift and/or pull up to 25 pounds
- Work in a fast pace repetitive environment-climbing, walking, twisting, etc.
- Willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and standards
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
- Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized; and perform all job duties
