Primary Job Function:
- Maintain and upgrade plant power systems, equipment controls, and Lasers. Also conduct Electrical safety training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detailed Job Duties
- Quote and install power to equipment, light, and auxiliary systems. Including 120v single phase, 240 v three phase, and 480 three phase with currents up to 3,000 amps.
- Programming and trouble resolution of PLC controls and HMI. Specifically Allen Bradley. Upgrade current PLC’s, HMI, and control network.
- Setup and trouble resolution of Servo and DC drives.
- Build control panels, upgrade controls, install and test new sensors, wire machine and install networks for machine control.
- Design, troubleshoot, and build small pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Maintains & troubleshoots the stenciler & marking systems for the production equipment.
- Provides electrical engineering design, development, & installation support for capital projects.

- Other duties necessary to perform this job as deemed necessary by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education
- 4 year degree from accredited college or university or equivalent training and experience.
- Special Skills
- Hands on experience with AC and DC circuits with voltages ranging from 12 vdc to 1,000 vdc and 120 vac to 480 vac.
- Experience with IGBT’s, power SCR’s, and high current diodes.
- Software skills
- Allen Bradley RS Logix, Control Logix, Linx, Panel Builder, and servo control software.
- AutoCad or similar.
- Microsoft Office suite.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
