Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored product solutions. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, providing product advice, implementing TIFCO's Vendor Managed Inventory system, and meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves regular communication with clients, coordination with internal teams, and developing strategies to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Sales, account management, and customer service experience.
• Organizational and time management skills for tracking client accounts and meeting sales goals.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to develop effective sales and inventory solutions.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and software for managing customer relationships and sales data.
• Adaptability to remote and independent work environments.
• Experience in or knowledge of maintenance and repair operations or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
