TIFCO Industries is a single source, stocking distributor of over 45,000 quality, maintenance and repair operation (MRO) products. These products are used for the repair and maintenance of all types of industrial, fleet, and heavy duty equipment. TIFCO maintains 2 strategically located Distribution Centers in Houston, Texas and Reno, Nevada. TIFCO ships orders within 24 hours and maintains a 98 % fill rate. What this means to our Customers is that they receive their maintenance and repair products when they need it.
This is a fulltime role on the road for an Outside Sales Specialist. Key responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing customers, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' MRO product needs. The Specialist will also implement and manage VMI systems, conduct training sessions, and ensure customers optimize their inventory. Daily tasks will involve field visits to customer locations, identifying opportunities to expand sales, and maintaining a consistent presence as a trusted partner.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and generate new business
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Demonstrate and present our product line effectively
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales goals and territory objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of outside sales experience with proven results
- Experience managing and growing a sales territory
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Industrial sales experience or industry knowledge is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
