Tier4 Group is looking for an experienced AI/Machine Learning Engineer to build and operate production-grade AI systems that power automation, insights, and real-time decision-making across the business. This is a highly applied role—focused on reliability, governance, and measurable impact, not research prototypes.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver ML-driven workflows, conversational AI, predictive models, and intelligent automation embedded in real systems.
What You’ll Do
- Build real-time conversational AI, decision logic, and intelligent automation
- Develop and deploy ML models for prediction, anomaly detection, and trend analysis
- Optimize LLM workflows for accuracy, latency, and cost (RAG, tuning, orchestration)
- Integrate AI-driven insights into operational and support tools
- Design secure, scalable data integrations and APIs
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for AI systems
- Ensure AI solutions meet governance, security, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
- Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Proven experience deploying and operating ML systems in production
- Experience with cloud platforms and real-time or event-driven data pipelines
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and secure integrations
Nice to Have
