Location: Opa-locka Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, packing, and shipping parts according to assigned work orders. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming parts and materials
• Pick, pack, and ship parts according to customer orders and internal requests
• Print and process shipping labels using UPS systems
• Safely operate a forklift (forklift experience required)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Organize and label warehouse inventory locations
• Monitor warehouse supplies including boxes, tape, and packing materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use basic computer systems for inventory, orders, and shipping
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and daily warehouse operations
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and inventory/shipping systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift and move packages as required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
