Job Title: Bilingual Office Clerk
Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am -6pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk to join our team in Hialeah Gardens. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
· Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner (English/Spanish)
· Manage emails and schedules using Microsoft Outlook
· Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel
· Assist with administrative tasks and support office staff as needed
· Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
· Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Schedule:
· Full-time
· Monday to Friday
