Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded General Contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada on their search for a Construction Project Engineer who has experience working in the Commercial Construction Industry specifically on High-end Hospitality Ground-Up and Renovations(Exterior/Interior Finishes) Construction Projects.
Job Title: Construction Project Engineer
Project Types: Commercial, Hospitality(Retail/Restaurants/Hotels), Casino
Responsibilities:
- Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
- Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
- Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
- Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing construction engineering processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or similar (preferred)
- State-approved Driver's License.
- At least 2 years experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization.
