We are currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. Our work includes recurring residential cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and select Airbnb turnovers.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience (Airbnb experience is a plus)
- Cleaning supplies are preferred but not required for some jobs
- Ability to understand instructions in English (or use a translation app)
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Must pass a background check
- W-2 Part-Time Employee
Scope of Work
Residential and Airbnb cleaning duties may include:
- Dusting furniture, baseboards, blinds, and fixtures
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Making beds and changing linens for Airbnb properties
- Restocking toiletries and essentials for Airbnb properties
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Wiping and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning mirrors, glass, and interior windows as needed
- Performing deep cleaning tasks when scheduled
- Ensuring each home is clean, organized, and ready for homeowners or incoming guests
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly residential cleanings
- Airbnb turnovers scheduled as bookings require
- Move-in/move-out and deep cleaning opportunities available
- Additional weekend work may be available depending on client demand
Additional Opportunities
Cleaners who consistently provide excellent service and maintain reliability may receive additional residential cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out projects, and other specialty cleaning assignments based on their availability and service area.
