We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to service a landscape office. This is a light commercial cleaning role with a recurring weekly schedule, ideal for an independent cleaner looking to add a consistent account to their workload.

Job Requirements:
- 1 years of residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to understand instructions in English (or use a translation app)
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Business Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- Must pass a background check
Scope of Work (Landscape Office):
- Weekly cleaning of 1 office, 1 conference room, 1 kitchen area, 2 interior bathrooms, and 1 shop bathroom
- The cleaning will be every Thursday morning weekly
- Trash removal from all areas
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting of all floors and surfaces
- Light spot cleaning of high-touch areas (door handles, switches, etc.)
- All cleaning labor, supplies, and equipment provided
Schedule:
- Weekly
- Flexible weekday schedule (based on client availability)
- Approximately 2–3 hours per visit
