Operations Manager – Cleaning Services
Location: Marinette, Wisconsin

The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day cleaning operations. You’ll ensure that teams are performing efficiently, clients are delighted, and our operations run like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, staff assignments, and daily cleaning operations
Supervise and support team leaders and cleaning staff
Monitor job quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Implement and enforce health, safety, and cleaning standards
Hire and develop staff to maintain company values and service excellence
Track budgets, supplies, and operational costs
Identify process improvements to drive growth and profitability
Qualifications:
3 years of management or supervisory experience (cleaning industry preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient with scheduling and workforce management tools
Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
