Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist
Location: Holland, MI

What You’ll Do:
- Coach and mentor site leadership and frontline teams on Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and principles
- Deliver engaging CI training content and support learning at every level of the organization
- Support leaders in implementing visual management systems aligned with Tiara Performance System (TPS) standards
- Identify performance gaps and partner with leadership to build sustainable improvement plans
- Analyze processes, procedures, and materials for cost savings and efficiency opportunities
- Lead or support the development of model lines and continuous improvement pilots
- Track and report improvements, cost savings, and strategic progress
- Participate in yearly strategic planning and help execute key initiatives
- Flex across multiple shifts as needed to support teams and drive alignment
- Demonstrate curiosity and coachability — modeling a growth mindset every day
What It Takes:
- 2 years of experience leading or coaching Lean manufacturing principles
- 4 years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of CI tools: PDCA, FMDS, process mapping, strategy deployment, etc.
- Strong data and process analysis skills with the ability to present clearly across all levels
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-through skills
- Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication and coaching abilities
- Able to work independently while being a strong team contributor
