Quality Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: Greenville, Michigan
Reports to: Quality Manager
Middleby Refrigeration is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team in Greenville, MI. This role supports key quality and operational improvement activities across manufacturing and customer-facing processes, including analysis of quality data, identification of process inefficiencies, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
The Quality Continuous Improvement Engineer plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving product quality, and strengthening compliance with quality management systems. This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure sustainable improvements that reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.

Quality Improvement Engineer Position Overview
The Quality Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives, reducing process variation, and improving overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in quality engineering or continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality standards
- Sustained process improvements
- Office based and production based
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday- Friday
