What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at thyssenkrupp?
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain filing systems, handle incoming/outgoing faxes, and distribute U.S and interoffice mail/reports with accuracy
- Run and prepare necessary reports
- Organize, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies
- Prepare expense vouchers
- Perform basic data entry
- Assist other office personnel with any additional projects as needed
- Monitor and/or back up telephone switchboard
- Participate, initiate, or audit lean projects

Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 wpm
- Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc.
- Ability to operate standard office machines
- Knowledge of efficient office procedures
- Ability to answer telephones and greet the public in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ability to speak in a clear and understandable manner and write legibly
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One (1) year of clerical work experience
