Online Products Manager
Thur’s Smoke Shop is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Online Products Manager to manage and maintain our online product menus through Dutchie and Leafly.
This position is responsible for making sure our online products, pricing, promotions, discounts, descriptions, and product information are accurate and up to date. The position will also provide front-of-house customer service, including checking in customers, answering phone calls, and communicating with customers through our online platforms.
Responsibilities
Online Product Management
- Manage and maintain product information on Dutchie and Leafly
- Update product prices as needed
- Add, remove, and update products on our online menus
- Create and update sales, discounts, and promotional pricing
- Ensure online pricing matches current in-store pricing and promotions
- Review product names, descriptions, brands, weights, categories, and other product information for accuracy
- Check product images and ensure products are displayed correctly
- Monitor online menus regularly for incorrect, outdated, or missing information
- Ensure products are properly categorized and displayed
- Coordinate with management regarding upcoming sales, promotions, and price changes
- Troubleshoot and correct online menu issues
- Maintain consistency between Dutchie, Leafly, and our current store offerings
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure customers are seeing accurate information online
Customer Service & Front Desk
- Check in customers when they arrive at the shop
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and online orders
- Monitor and respond to customer communication through our online platforms
- Communicate with customers regarding online orders and order-related questions
- Help resolve online ordering issues and communicate problems to management when necessary
- Provide friendly and professional customer service while maintaining a positive experience

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused.
This position requires someone who will regularly check the online menus rather than simply making updates when asked. You should be comfortable noticing incorrect pricing, missing products, outdated promotions, incorrect product information, or products appearing in the wrong category and taking the initiative to fix them.
You should also be comfortable working directly with customers, answering phones, checking customers into the shop, and communicating professionally through our online platforms.
Schedule
Part-Time or Full-Time — Flexible Schedule

Compensation
$19.00 per hour
