About the Role:
Thrive Together ABA is looking for a motivated and organized ABA Office Coordinator to join our growing team in Granada Hills, CA! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our clinic operations, ensuring our team and clients have everything they need to thrive. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front office operations, including scheduling, phone calls, and client communications
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support ABA clinical staff with administrative tasks, documentation, and onboarding logistics
- Liaise with insurance providers to assist with authorizations, verifications, and billing inquiries
- Greet and assist clients, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean and organized clinic environment
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as tracking staff certifications and scheduling trainings
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office coordinator, medical receptionist, or administrative role
- Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral health, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software, EMR/EHR systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, or medical billing is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first attitude
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
