Position
- Front Office/Scheduling Coordinator
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Location: Burbank, CA
- Pay Range: $23-25 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and families warmly and create a welcoming front office experience
- Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and provide excellent patient communication
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to help maintain a full and efficient daily schedule
- Check patients in and out while ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Assist patients with basic billing or financial questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed
- Support front office workflows, patient flow, and daily practice operations
- Partner with teammates to ensure every patient receives a smooth, positive experience
- Assist with additional administrative duties as requested
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience is highly preferred
- Prior scheduling experience is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Team-first mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Comfortable using phones, computers, scheduling systems, and office technology
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
