Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider to step into a high-producing office with strong new patient flow and clinical autonomy.
Schedule:
- Mondays & Fridays

Practice Highlights
- Average Monthly Production: ~$295,000
- Collection Rate: 96–100%
- New Patients: ~125/month
- Technology: CBCT, modern digital systems
- Team Support:
- Full-Time Hygienists
- Dedicated Dental Assistants
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
- Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Extractions and basic surgical procedures
- Endodontics and implant restorations (as comfortable)
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active West Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Experience with implants or advanced procedures is a plus, but not required
