About Thrive Therapies Group
Thrive Therapies Group is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide contracted speech-language therapy services to students in Jackson, Tennessee during the school year.
This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who wants to focus primarily on direct therapy, with an established student caseload and access to clinical resources and operational support.
About the OpportunityFocus on Direct Therapy
Provide direct speech-language therapy services without responsibility for evaluations or clinical case management.

School-Year Caseload
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a substantial ongoing caseload throughout the 10-month school year.

Collaborative Environment
Coordinate with school teams, regional partners, behavioral specialists, and other clinicians to support student needs and continuity of services.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
- Deliver focused, 40-minute therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Collaborate with school and clinical partners regarding student needs
- Provide services in accordance with applicable professional and state requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Tennessee SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
- Ability to complete required background checks and credentialing
