Schedule: 10-month contract
Pay: $56,000-$68,000 per year
No evaluations. No case management. More time providing direct speech therapy services to students.
About Thrive Therapies Group
Thrive Therapies Group is expanding its Mobile Clinic Program in East Tennessee and is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to provide school-based speech therapy services directly to students in the communities that need them most.
This role is ideal for an SLPA who wants to spend more time in direct treatment, with less administrative burden and strong clinical and operational support.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Deliver focused therapy sessions designed to support student communication goals
- Work with a stable student caseload in school-based settings
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs and other members of the care and school team
- Travel to assigned service locations as part of Thrive’s mobile clinic program
Qualifications
- Active SLPA license, certification, or credential required based on Tennessee state requirements
- Experience supporting pediatric or school-age populations preferred
- Ability to provide direct therapy services under appropriate supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to assigned sites in East Tennessee
Preferred Experience
- School-based experience
- Experience supporting students with speech and language goals
- Familiarity with therapy documentation and student service tracking
- Experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
