Job Title: Supply Chain Support Specialist

Location: In Office (Marietta, GA)

Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and critical thinking Supply Chain Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality support, building strong client relationships, and assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of our SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment, has strong analytical abilities, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Provide timely and effective user support via phone and email, ensuring adherence to escalation procedures.
  • Analyze client workflows and current systems to recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and issue resolution within client databases.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new client environments using our SaaS platform.
  • Document all client interactions, support tickets, and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and delivery of project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, teammates, and management.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take initiative and show a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and team support.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including meeting deadlines and managing policy updates for existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience or familiarity with Supply Chain Operations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous client-facing support experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL (writing queries, debugging, analysis) is a plus.
  • Project coordination or project management experience is a bonus.
