Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and critical thinking Supply Chain Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality support, building strong client relationships, and assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of our SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment, has strong analytical abilities, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Provide timely and effective user support via phone and email, ensuring adherence to escalation procedures.
- Analyze client workflows and current systems to recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and issue resolution within client databases.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new client environments using our SaaS platform.
- Document all client interactions, support tickets, and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, teammates, and management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Take initiative and show a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and team support.
- Assist in project management tasks, including meeting deadlines and managing policy updates for existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience or familiarity with Supply Chain Operations.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous client-facing support experience is a plus.
- Experience with SQL (writing queries, debugging, analysis) is a plus.
- Project coordination or project management experience is a bonus.
