Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled X-ray Technologist to join our dynamic Radiology department. The successful candidate will perform a range of imaging studies while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Job Shift: Nights


• Shift Length: 12 hours


• Guaranteed Hours: 36/48 hours rotating per two weeks


• Weekends required


• No on-call responsibilities

• Conduct general X-ray imaging, fluoroscopy, CARM, and portable imaging.


• Utilize EPIC and Fuji Synaps for effective imaging and documentation.


• Provide exceptional care and support to patients throughout the imaging process.


• Perform an average of 20-30 scans/studies per day in various settings including emergency, outpatient, and inpatient.


• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging outcomes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-ray Technologist.


• Required Certifications: ARRT (R) and BLS (AHA).


• Experience with fluoroscopy, CARM, general X-ray, and portable imaging techniques.


• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work efficiently under pressure.

• Number of scanners/rooms: 4


• No floating to other areas required.


• Radiologist on-site for immediate collaboration.


• IV starts are not required for this position.

• Shift schedule includes 3 or 4 shifts per week.


• Day shifts are 10-hour shifts with variable start times; Night shifts are 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.


• Weekend coverage is required.


• Scrubs should be professional colors; scrubs are not provided.


• Orientation is mandatory; clinicians must be in-state during this period, even if initial training is remote.

This position does not require a response to standby or on-call duties. The X-ray Technologist will be an integral part of a supportive team, dedicated to delivering quality imaging services to enhance patient care.
