Position Details

This position is for an outpatient CT Technologist with a start date of as soon as possible, with potential options for November 9th or November 16th. The schedule includes four 10-hour day shifts, with variable days during the week and possible weekend shifts.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist.


• Recent experience in an outpatient setting.


• Proficiency with Siemens imaging equipment; experience with dual-source equipment is preferred.


• Required recent experience with cardiac cases.


• Travel experience is necessary.

• Current ARRT certification with CT registry.


• BLS certification required.

The position may require floating between inpatient and outpatient settings as needed. Weekend shifts may be scheduled regularly, potentially up to every weekend.

Candidates should be available for holiday shifts as needed, potentially up to every holiday.

• No new graduates will be considered for this position.


• Free one-bedroom housing is available; however, pet units are not offered.


• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.


• Candidates must have a permanent address located 50 or more miles outside of Fairbanks.


• Two completed supervisory references are required.


• Equipment used includes Siemens Avanto 1.5T and Siemens 3T.

Candidates working in the Imaging/Radiology department are expected to participate in teaching activities and may have new graduates shadow them during their scheduled shifts.
