We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel PT for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and Treat SNF Patients
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Care Team
• Complete Documentation in Net Health per Facility Standards

Requirements:

• Active CA PT License
• SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for 0-1 Years Experience)
• Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
• Flexible and Collaborative Mindset
• Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule
