LNA – Long Term Care | Claremont, NH

Start Date: 12/9/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3:00AM–3:00PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed
Pay: $30.50/hr
Positions: 1
Weekend: Facility-determined
Call: None

Important Notes:

  • Location is 2 hours from Boston, MA
  • Traveler MUST have their own transportation (very rural area, limited housing, no public transport)
  • Please ensure candidates are actively securing housing before submission

What You’ll Do (Roles and Responsibilities):

  • Provide compassionate nursing and restorative care, assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition under LPN/RN supervision.
  • Ensure resident safety and comfort by following care plans, practicing infection control, and responding to emergencies with a positive attitude.
  • Communicate observations and encourage resident engagement while maintaining confidentiality and respecting individual beliefs.

Submission Requirements (Strict)

  • 1 year recent experience – REQUIRED
  • Willing to float where experienced – REQUIRED
  • Own transportation – REQUIRED
  • RTO ≤ 5 days and submitted up front – REQUIRED
  • Covid Vaccination Required – NO exemptions/declinations accepted
  • No locals within 50 miles
  • Previous travel: Highly Preferred
  • Rural/small facility experience: Highly Preferred

  • Active Certifications
  • Active NH License (must be in hand at submission)
  • COVID proof

Certification Requirements

  • BLS (AHA)

State Licensing
