Shift: Nights | 3:00AM–3:00PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed
Pay: $30.50/hr

Weekend: Facility-determined

Important Notes:
- Location is 2 hours from Boston, MA
- Traveler MUST have their own transportation (very rural area, limited housing, no public transport)
- Please ensure candidates are actively securing housing before submission

What You’ll Do (Roles and Responsibilities):
- Provide compassionate nursing and restorative care, assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition under LPN/RN supervision.
- Ensure resident safety and comfort by following care plans, practicing infection control, and responding to emergencies with a positive attitude.
- Communicate observations and encourage resident engagement while maintaining confidentiality and respecting individual beliefs.
Submission Requirements (Strict)
- 1 year recent experience – REQUIRED
- Willing to float where experienced – REQUIRED
- Own transportation – REQUIRED
- RTO ≤ 5 days and submitted up front – REQUIRED
- Covid Vaccination Required – NO exemptions/declinations accepted
- No locals within 50 miles
- Previous travel: Highly Preferred
- Rural/small facility experience: Highly Preferred
