What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member position at Thriv Construction Inc?
We’re hiring experienced lawn care crew members to join our team for the season.
If you like working outdoors, staying busy, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day—this job’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mowing lawns (riding & stand-on mowers)
- Trimming, edging, and clean-up
- Operating equipment (including Bobcat/skid steer when needed)
- Helping with sprinkler repairs & basic maintenance
- Keeping properties looking clean and sharp
What We’re Looking For
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Works hard and pays attention to detail
- Comfortable working outside in the heat
- Driver’s license is a plus
