Job Summary – Experienced Painter

• Prepare surfaces (e.g., patching, sanding, caulking, priming)
• Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality finishes
• Correct imperfections and touch up flawed work
• Follow job specs, plans, and customer preferences
• Maintain tools, supplies, and clean workspaces
• Mix and match paints as needed for custom projects
• Work independently or with a team to meet project deadlines
• Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on all job sites
• Take initiative, fix others’ mistakes, and take pride in your work
• Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and coworkers
• Arrive on time, stay organized, and own your responsibilities

Qualifications

• painting experience (residential and commercial)
• Strong knowledge of surface prep, masking, taping, and paint application
• Familiarity with ladders, scaffolding, and job site safety procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license approved by our insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to follow directions and take feedback when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
