Crew Leader – Lawn Care & Snow Removal (Year-Round Position)

Lawn One is seeking a dependable and motivated Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position focused on lawn care during the green season and snow removal in the winter months. As a Crew Leader, you will play a key role in leading a field team, maintaining properties to the highest standards, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate a company truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Lead, train, and supervise crew members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Maintain residential and commercial properties to the highest quality standards
- Properly operate and care for lawn care equipment and tools
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Make sound, real-time decisions to address property needs and unexpected challenges
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on-site
- Ensure all company safety procedures and guidelines are followed at all times

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Previous outdoor work experience required
- Availability to work 40–50 hours per week during the green season
- Monday through Friday work schedule (weather permitting)
- Crew Leader experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Team player with leadership abilities
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving a truck and trailer required
- Previous lawn care or related outdoor industry experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
