Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols at all times
- Support the serving team by bussing tables and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Assist with banquet setup and service as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or culinary roles is a plus
- Hospitality or banquet experience is advantageous but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
