Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep technical expertise, a natural curiosity, and a drive to see their work to deliver large meaningful change to our employees and customers. You will focus on developing new tools that re-think how we approach work in our fulfillment centers. Your work will intersect with new technologies in image processing, computer vision, LLMs, and full-text search. You are a software engineer first but are interested in learning and exploring in other areas as needed.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in .NET/C#, SQL Server, and front-end frameworks like React. Beyond this core stack, you should also enjoy exploring new technologies, troubleshooting across platforms, and integrating diverse third-party solutions and APIs.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical depth with an eagerness to learn and innovate.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop software tools that drive efficiency, automation, and scalability within our fulfillment centers
- Create solutions using .NET/C# and SQL Server that enhance operational performance across the environment
- Collaborate with fulfillment center stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and deliver impactful, user-centered tools
- Take ownership of projects from concept to production—integrating, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions end-to-end to ensure smooth, reliable deployment and performance
Base Salary:
$130,000 - $145,000/yr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. however, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

What You’ll Need
- 4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a preferred focus on .NET/C#, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of relational databases—multi-table querying, grouping, optimization, and schema design
- Experience with front-end frameworks or libraries, such as Blazor, React, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with the “full stack” of development, understanding how back-end and front-end elements interact and function together
- Curiosity and readiness to explore new APIs, tools, technologies, and techniques.
