What You’ll Do
- Lead category-specific contract negotiations to improve cost and efficiency.
- Manage and audit resource ordering to support daily processing center operations.
- Maintain cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement reporting tools.
- Develop forecasts and cost models aligned with budgets, demand, and deal structures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support negotiations to meet savings targets.
- Partner with Operations and Operations Engineering on expansion, cost, and growth projects.
- Coordinate inventory planning, replenishment, and audits with General Managers.
- Track procurement analytics, including spend, savings, variance, and supplier performance.
- Ensure purchasing processes follow company policies and documentation requirements.
- Complete special projects and assignments as needed.
Base Salary:
$75,000 - $90,000/yr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. however, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

What You Need
- 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience with increasing responsibility (contract negotiation, supplier management, category ownership).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost analysis (variance analysis; supporting budget/forecast cycles).
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Financial literacy: P&L management experience a must
