Full-Time Night Shift Nurse – RN or LPN

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Full-Time

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Competitive Nursing Wages

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Less than 5 years of experience: $39.00/hour

• 5 years of experience: $40.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Less than 5 years of experience: $34.00/hour

• 5 years of experience: $35.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans

• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
