Three Springs Senior Living & Rehabilitation is looking for an outgoing, creative, and compassionate Activity Director to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors, planning fun and meaningful activities, and creating an environment where residents can stay active, social, and engaged. We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, positive energy, and enthusiasm to our resident activity program.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
- Increase to $16.50/hour after successful completion of the 36-Hour Activity Director Course
- Annual performance evaluations with the opportunity for wage adjustments moving forward

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for residents
- Develop an activity calendar that offers a variety of social, recreational, creative, and educational opportunities
- Encourage resident participation and involvement
- Plan special events, celebrations, games, crafts, and group activities
- Get to know residents' interests and abilities to create meaningful programming
- Work closely with nursing, administration, and other departments
- Maintain required activity documentation and records
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Energetic, dependable, creative, and organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working with seniors and bringing people together
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, senior living, or long-term care is preferred
- Must be willing to complete the 36-Hour Activity Director Course if not already completed
