Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Facility/Safety Manager to join our Team in Lee's Summit, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment.
Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
Initiate interventions to solve problems.
Oversee cleaning, repair and maintenance of contractor equipment.
Initiate an active campaign on safety measures.
Evaluate the work quality of staff and other subordinates.
Participate in preparing company facilities maintenance budgets.
Coordinate/communicate with the upper management on work issues
Position Requirements:
U.S. Citizen
Valid U.S, Driver’s License
Active Secret Clearance
Minimum H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. required ; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field considered a strengthPrior experience in a warehouse environment or in security, policy, military, facilities, or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
The Facilities/Safety Manager(s) (F/SM) must possess the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification.
Demonstrated experience in:
Preparing statistical and analytical reports.
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to pass a background ck which includes credit, criminal and DMV.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
Must be computer literate
